Located at 450 Washington Street, The Wellness & Fitness Center, formerly the Codman Square Tech Center, is a one-stop shop for your healthy lifestyle needs. The center houses our Teaching Kitchen, our annual Free Tax Clinics, and our partners Daily Table and Healthworks Community Fitness.
Daily Table
The Daily Table was founded in 2015 on the belief that healthy food should be delicious and affordable. The nonprofit grocery store offers convenient and well-priced foods that will help you feel and be your best. Daily Table provides ready-to-eat meals, a variety of produce, bread, dairy, and grocery items priced to fit every budget.

Teaching Kitchen
The Teaching Kitchen in Codman Square is a dynamic space combining household utilities and state-of-the-art equipment.

Healthworks Community Fitness
In 2008, Codman Square Health Center partnered with Healthworks Community Fitness to build a community fitness center at 450 Washington Street for women and children. Healthworks at Codman is a 9,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility that includes cardio machines, strength training, and a studio for group classes. Whether you like Zumba, cardio step, strength classes, or just to work out on your own, Healthworks has something for everyone.
All members have access to a wide variety of fitness programming and classes. Membership is available to all women on a sliding-fee scale for as little as $10 per month, and youth programs are also low cost. Healthworks Community Fitness has built a membership base of more than 1,500 women, many of whom were referred by their primary care physicians from Codman Square Health Center. The physician referral program exchanges the one time exercise prescription for a complimentary three month membership at Healthworks Community Fitness.
