Ms. Smith received her Master’s in Social Work degree from Simmons College and now works as an adolescent and adult clinician at Codman Square Health Center. She regularly utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness to help clients heal from trauma and everyday stressors. Ms. Smith enjoys travelling and yoga.
