Biography:
Shannon Lyons received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Vermont in 2019. She completed a nursing residency at Tufts Medical Center and went on to work for 3 years on a medical-surgical unit.
After leaving hospital nursing, Shannon worked for the All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in the Dorchester neighborhood. Through her work at PACE, she found her passion in caring for marginalized populations and her love for the bright culture of the Dorchester community.
She earned her Master’s in Nursing from the UMass Boston in 2024 and is excited to begin her career as an FNP as a resident at Codman . She hopes to grow as an FNP to better serve and care for the community that has taught her so much. Outside of work she enjoys running, hiking with her dog, and spending time with her family.

No one will be denied access to services at CSHC due to inability to pay; there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
