Biography:
Jen earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Her studies in public health inspired a lasting passion for primary care and community health.
She has worked as a nurse in a variety of settings, including a medical-surgical unit, a cardiac step-down unit, and in primary care. These roles reinforced Jen’s passion for health promotion, preventative care, and equitable, person-centered care. Jen went on to earn a Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree from UMass Worcester.
Jen’s work and educational experience have deepened her appreciation for the nursing profession and the unique connection it helps her to foster with patients. Jen is excited to step into the nurse practitioner role at Codman Square and looks forward to building meaningful relationships within the Dorchester community. Outside of nursing, Jennifer enjoys time with friends and family, trying new recipes, going for runs, and playing ultimate frisbee.

This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under Section 330 (k)(3)(g), 42 USC 254b and a deemed Public Health Service employer under 42 USC 233 (g)-(n). No one will be denied access to services at CSHC due to inability to pay; there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
