Substance Use Health and Wellness
If you struggle with addiction and want to stop using, or use more safely, Codman’s Substance Use Health and Wellness providers can help. We have physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, and behavioral health counselors who have extensive experience in the field.
Medication-Assisted Treatment
We offer medication-assisted treatment for addiction (pills and monthly injections) for opioid cravings and withdrawal symptoms. We also prescribe Vivitrol (pills or once monthly injections) for alcohol and opioid cravings and withdrawal symptoms.
Counseling/Therapy and Groups
Patients often benefit from talking about life situations with counselors. Our behavioral health providers are ready to help you reach your goals. Codman knows that those struggling with addiction often benefit from the support and community of others who deal with the same issue(s). We offer groups for men and women that are staffed and facilitated by experts in the field.
