Your body and mind work together, and you can take steps with one to impact the other. We’ll cover such topics as: stress management, healthy eating, exercise, and healthy sleep – all through the lens of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Every week we do a breathing meditation, a movement meditation, learn about the topic of the week, and share and learn from each other.
