Codman Honors Community Health Worker Ermette Henry as A Health Center Hero

Each year during National Health Center Week, Codman honors a staff member every day as a Health Center Hero. These heroes are chosen by their colleagues who see their work and dedication every day and want to call attention to their commitment and effort to go above and beyond for our patients, staff, and community. On Tuesday, August 6, we highlighted Ermette Henry, a community health worker on our Complex Care Management (CCM) team. You can read more about Ermette below.

If you are looking for someone who exudes joy and respect when dealing with patients and colleagues, look no further than Ermette Henry. Ermette works with a team of nurses in Codman’s Complex Care Management team, helping patients navigate the health care system and access resources.

She has earned the trust of her patients because she guides them towards solutions that work for them and is always kind and patient with an empathetic ear.

In addition to her top-notch patient care, she is always learning about her colleagues’ roles and finding ways to help if she can. She has taken an active role in Codman’s group visit program and is a great addition to the team.
