Boston Medical Center
Emphasizing community-based care, Boston Medical Center (BMC) provides a full spectrum of pediatric and adult care services from primary care to advanced specialty care. Many of Codman’s patients use BMC for specialty care services that are not offered at Codman.
Boston Public Health Commission
The Boston Public Health Commission, the country’s oldest health department, is an independent public agency providing a wide range of health services and programs. It is governed by a seven-member board of health appointed by the Mayor of Boston.
Centering Healthcare Institute, Inc.
Centering Healthcare Institute is a non-profit organization that works closely with health care providers from all sectors to change health care. With more than two decades of experience as the go-to resource for group care, they’ve developed and sustained the Centering model in more than 585 practice sites and in some of the largest health systems in the world.

Codman Square Neighborhood Council
The Codman Square Neighborhood Council is an all-volunteer, grassroots group of community residents and partners seeking to improve living and working in Codman Square.
Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation (CSNDC)
CSNDC works to create housing and commercial spaces that are safe, sustainable, and affordable, promotes financial and economic stability for residents, and provides opportunities to empower residents.

Reach Out and Read prepares America’s youngest children to succeed in school by partnering with doctors to prescribe books and encourage families to read together.
TechBoston Academy
Home to our School-Based Health Center, TechBoston Academy is a pilot school for grades 6-12 that offers a college preparatory curriculum where technology is the bridge that connects the student to their learning experience.
Women, Infants and Children (WIC)
WIC is a nutrition program that provides nutrition and health education, healthy food, breastfeeding support, and other services free of charge to Massachusetts families who qualify.
