Interview Timeline
Codman’s interview timeline has shifted. We are doing smaller and rolling site specific interviews. These are likely to occur through the end of March; please stay tuned. We continue to aim to have offers out by early April. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please continue to communicate if you have other pending offers. We will follow up with all applicants to inform you of outcomes.
Program Structure
- Primary Care Sessions, where residents see their own patients and are precepted by experienced MDs and NPs
- Internship Sessions, where residents work from an experienced provider’s schedule
- Specialty sessions, where residents see patients in conjunction with a specialty provider
- Weekly didactic/seminars/workshops
- Weekly mentorship time with an experienced provider, throughout the 24-month commitment
- One performance improvement capstone project
