COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements

All new hires must produce documentation showing that they have received either the full COVID-19 vaccine or the first dose of the series prior to first day of work. Proof of appointment for 2nd dose will be required. Complete vaccination must be completed within 30 days of hire.
