Olivia Apollon, M.D., MSW, LICSW
- Biography: Ms. Apollon has focused much of her studies on clinical work with children and adolescents. Throughout her practice, Ms. Apollon uses play therapy, including sand therapy, and more recently Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a psychotherapeutic approach used to treat trauma victims.

Orlando Lightfoot, M.D.
- Biography: Dr. Lightfoot is a Chicago native and a product of the local public school system. A faculty member at BUSM since 1970, he is a Professor of Psychiatry, Vice Chair Community Psychiatry, a Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, and a recipient of the 1996 Massachusetts Psychiatric Society Outstanding Psychiatrist Award for Public Sector Psychiatry. He loves his work, although semi-retired. He is married, the father of 5 children in a blended family, a tennis hacker, enjoys movies, and is a lover of all varieties of music.

Marie Pierre-Victor, MSW, LICSW
- Biography: Ms. Pierre-Victor works mostly with individuals diagnosed with Complex PTSD, anxiety disorders, dissociative disorders, and mood disorders. Her experience includes over 10 years working in outpatient settings providing psychotherapy and case management services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. She is also a guest lecturer at Boston University School of Social Work. Her training includes certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) levels I and II, an Advanced Certificate in the treatment of Psychological Trauma, and certification in Tapas Acupressure Technique. She is bilingual and bicultural Haitian and she has a private practice in Boston.

Ms. Schamber has a particular interest in integrating spirituality into her clinical work. She also has experience working in hospice and has knowledge of death and dying, grief and loss.

- Biography: Dr. Brackett has been with the health center since 2002, and is passionate about community wellness, disease prevention, health policy, obesity and reproductive health. Dr. Bracket has lived and worked in many countries, including Brazil, Haiti, Ecuador, Cape Verde, Malawi and Mozambique.

- Biography: Ms. Entzminger is fluent in French and Haitian Creole and began her career as a medical technologist. In 1995 she earned a B.S. at UMASS Boston and completed her Master’s degree as a Physician Assistant in 2000 at the MCP/AHS. After receiving her certification as a Physician Assistant, she has worked in community health centers ever since. She joined the Codman Square Health Center in 2004.

Salvatore Molica, Jr., M.D., M.P.H.
- Biography: Dr. Molica has been with the Codman Square Health Center since 1987, and served as Medical Director from 1992-1998. Since 1992, he has also served as a Clinical Professor at Boston University. Dr. Molica spent a year serving as a primary care physician in Haiti, and is especially interested in cross-cultural medicine

- Biography: Dr. Severin joined Codman Square Health Center in 1995, and has served as the Medical Director since 2004. Prior to joining the Codman team, he served as a physician and Director of Public Health at Serabu Hospital in Sierra Leone, and worked as an Emergency Room doctor in Wisconsin.

Sara “Suki” Tepperberg, M.D., M.P.H.
- Biography: Dr. Tepperberg has worked at Codman Square Health Center since 1996. She is especially interested in Community Medicine/Occupational Medicine, Maternal-Child Health, and Adolescent Health issues.
Recently she has also consulted to the National Reach Out and Read program to promote early childhood literacy. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her young family.

- Biography: Dr. Tringale also has a Master's degree in Biochemistry (Boston University, 1986) and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. After his residency he was a Commissioned Officer with the US Public Health Service and worked on the Hopi Reservation with the Indian Health Service in Arizona. He came to Codman Square Health Center in 1997, and serves as our Medical Director for Performance Improvement and Research. - Biography: Ms. Kumar is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and joined Codman Square Health Center in May 2008 as our Diabetes Nurse Case Manager and a Pediatric Primary Care Provider. Ms. Kumar received her Pediatric Nurse Practitioner training at Boston College and received a Masters in Public Health from the University of Michigan. She also worked as a research intern at the Joslin Diabetes Center. Her interests include obesity and child health, and in her spare time she enjoys running and participating in triathlons.

- Biography: Dr. Mitchell, a native of Jamaica, West Indies, joined the Codman team in 2003 as a resident and has remained at the Health Center after completing her residency in 2006. - Biography: Dr. Maziarka is the Urgent Care Team Leader and has been with CSHC since 1999. Dr. Maziarka completed her residency in Seattle focusing on Native American Health and health care for the poor. She has worked with Appalachian Farm Workers, Salvadorian War Refugees, Alaskan Natives, and the following Native American Tribes: Lakota Sioux, Menominee, Inuit and Apache. She is dedicated to providing health care for the mind, body and spirit. Dr. Maziarka is a clinical professor at the BU School of Medicine. She also performs colposcopy at CSHC.

Vaishali Sheth, P.A.
- Biography: Ms. Sheth joined the Codman Team in 2007. She began her medical career after graduating Texas Woman’s University with her B.S. in Biology.
She worked as a research technologist in the HLA tissue typing lab matching donors and recipients for bone marrow and kidney transplants. She also worked as medical assistant in several doctor’s offices. She continued her education, and in 2003 became a Physician Assistant. She worked four years for Alliance Medical Group in Middlebury, CT. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, swimming, hiking, reading and cooking.
