Come to the Health Fair at the Farmers Market tomorrow (August 13)!

When: Thursday, August 13 at 1pm
Where: Codman Square Health Center
What: Codman Square Health Center is celebrating National Health Center Week by holding a Health Fair at the Codman Square Farmers Market on August 13! Different CSHC departments will be showcasing their services and doing demonstrations. There will be free eye, body fat, and dental screenings as well as giveaways such as green bags and recipes. There will also be a raffle for a $25 gift certificate to the Farmer’s Market!
Who: The departments and programs represented are: the WIC, Eye Care, Civic Health, Behavioral Health, Dental, Nutrition, Pediatrics, and Healthworks.
