Dr. Guevara (“Dr. G”), Dentist

Dr. Guevara provides dental services on Thursday mornings at the School-based Health Center, including but not limited to check-ups, cleanings, fillings, and x-rays. Dr. Guevara is the Associate Dental Director at the Codman Square Health Center and has practiced dentistry for over 15 years.

Marilyn Talor, Dental Assistant

Marilyn is at the Dorchester Education Complex every Thursday from 9am-12pm. She works with Dr. G and assists him in helping to take care of patients at the high school.

Sarita Richards, Registration and Appointments

Sarita registers new Health Center members and manages appointments, schedules, and the Health Center office. She also refers uninsured students who need help getting health insurance to the proper resources.

*Child must have active insurance. Most insurance accepted, including MassHealth.
*Staff are able to help uninsured students find affordable insurance through Codman Square Health Center

Either have your child pick up the following forms at the nurses office or print out a copy of the enrollment forms using the links below. Return these forms to Sarita Richards in the nurse’s office and your student will be able to start scheduling appointments!
