- Case management: Asthma, Diabetes, Pre-natal, HIV
- Client support: insurance services, interpreter services, financial counseling, legal advocacy, multilingual staff, referral management

We utilize an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to serve you in the most effective manner possible. Your provider will use a computer, located in every exam room, to update your records.
