Our clinical services include:

• Full service laboratory

• Case management: Asthma, Diabetes, Pre-natal, HIV
• Client support: insurance services, interpreter services, on-site childcare, financial counseling, legal advocacy, multilingual staff, referral management

We utilize an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to serve you in the most effective manner possible.  Your provider will use a computer, located in every exam room, to update your records.

Our community services include:

• Financial services (EITC tax clinic, credit counseling, matched savings programming)
• Youth programs
• Fitness programs (pool, gymnasium, nutrition classes, Farmers Market)
• Out-of-school programming
• Adult education
• Public health programs
• Health education and outreach
• Civic engagement (Social Capital, Inc., networking, etc.)
