Donate to support the operations of the Health Center.

Here Is How Your Donation Will Help:
* $25 funds a lab test for one patient.
* $50 provides after school snacks for one child for a four month session.
* $50 supports pregnant women and young parents through our centering groups.
* $75 provides comprehensive nutrition education or a fitness prescription
for a patient with diabetes.
* $100 pays for a mammogram.
* $100 provides an eye exam to someone who hasn’t seen clearly in years.
* $200 provides a dental exam and cleaning.
* $500 covers the costs of preventive dental services for a family of four.
* $500 helps fund innovative and relevant community wellness initiatives.
* $1,000 allows 100 people to get a rapid HIV test.

We have been awarded $7.9 million to expand our current facility. We will be using the funds to build a 36,000 square foot green expansion to expand clinical programs and add space for educational and social programs. There still remains a gap of one million dollars until we reach our $18.2 million project goal.
