About Codman Square Health Center
Codman Square Health Center is a community-based, outpatient health care and multi-service center in the heart of Dorchester. We provide a variety of medical services and preventative care services in 4 languages including English, Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, and Spanish.
Call Center – 617.822.8271: This number can be used to schedule appointments, ask a question (medical or general) or to get a referral to one of our providers. The Call Center is open Monday to Friday from 8:30AM-5:00PM.
The Guyz Group: A support group for Gay/Bisexual men of color living with HIV. “Everyone deserves a place to disclose.” Call Earnest Simpkins (617)822-8205 for more information.
New Fun Parent/Child Playgroups! Join Sweet Pea for infants and newborns or Kiwi for toddlers ages 1-3. Groups meet every Wednesday. No appointment required. Free for Codman Square Health Center Patients!
