 Men of Boston is fast approaching! The time is now to get your tickets for Men of Boston Cook for Women’s Health on September 23, 2010. You won’t want to miss this year’s line-up of Celebrity Chefs and signature dishes from local restaurants. It is a great night to mingle with local celebrities and support Codman Square’s Health Center women’s health initiatives.
Since 1995, Men of Boston Cook for Women’s Health has raised crucial funds to combat women’s health disparities in issues such as breast cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and HIV/AIDS for over 20,000 women in Dorchester.

New Pharmacy Opens at Codman Square Health Center
Codman Square Health Center is proud to announce the opening of the new Pharmacy on the ground floor of the health center. This Pharmacy will be available to health center patients and community members. This great resource is due to the health center’s partnership with Eaton Apothecary.
The Pharmacy hours will be Monday to Thursday from 9:00am to 9:00pm, Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm and will be closed on Sundays and Holidays.
The Pharmacy aims to provide convenience, affordable prescription medications, integrated care and multilingual staff to make for an even better health care experience.
Remember: you don’t have to be a patient at Codman to use the Pharmacy! Come visit our new store.
Farmers Market - Now Open!
The Codman Square Health Council is once again sponsoring the Farmer’s Market. The Farmer’s Market features fresh produce and other products such as cheese, eggs, honey, jam, herbs and potted plants. The Market is held every Thursday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM until October 28th.
